The Short Version Because every Pitch Please item is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing fault, or has been damaged in transit, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at pitchpls26@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it immediately.
What We Cannot Accept Returns For
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please use the size guide)
- Minor batch variations in fabric tone or dye (as noted in our product descriptions — these are standard in premium cotton production)
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
